This lamp is for processes that need fast, focused heat. Think plastic thermoforming, pre-heating PET, or curing adhesives. You need that rapid temperature rise, and you need to be able to control it precisely, every single time. The shortwave spectrum packs a punch, so you can hit your target temperature fast. But here’s the trade-off: that 3000W density means you need to manage the heat. You’ll need proper airflow or shielding to keep the surrounding electronics and wiring from getting too hot.
