Each unit runs at 400V and 2500W, so you get a lot of heat packed into a small space. The tube is just 300mm long, meaning it slips into compact ovens or focused heating zones without forcing you to redesign the whole machine. This power setup was chosen for one big reason: speed. The lamp hits operating temperature almost instantly, which keeps your cycle times short. But here’s the catch—the wattage density is high. That means your enclosure has to handle the airflow and heat load properly, or the internal parts will cook.
Material & Design: Halogen, Coating, and Connectors
Inside, you’ve got a quartz envelope filled with halogen. That halogen cycle keeps the filament stable, so you get less blackening and consistent output over time. The shortwave infrared output is perfect when you need to heat surfaces fast—ideal for plastics and coatings. We also added a reflective coating to push more energy forward. Less waste, more repeatable results on the target. The R7s connector is simple and solid. It gives you a secure, low-resistance connection that holds up through repeated maintenance.
