We’re talking industrial-grade muscle here. A 400V system, 2500W of power, all packed into a 300mm quartz tube. It slips into tight spots without a fight, but still throws off serious heat.

Here’s the thing about that 400V setup. It lets you run a lot of power without overloading your plant’s low-voltage system. That 2500W rating? It’s what gives you the rapid heating you need for drying, curing, and getting things moving. And the 300mm length keeps the footprint small. You can drop it right into an existing enclosure without redesigning the whole setup. The quartz tube handles the intense filament temperature and stays cleaner than other glass options. Inside, the halogen cycle prevents the bulb from blackening, so the light and heat stay consistent over time. We use an R7s connector for a solid, two-point mount. It locks the tube in place and carries the current without needing extra hardware. The result is a lamp that can handle vibration and still gets wired up quickly.
