When we spread 300W across a 200mm length, you get a very specific kind of heat. They’ll work with most standard industrial controllers, so you can just pop them into your drying tunnels or PET heating stations and get back to work. But here’s a pro tip:keep your reflectors clean. Even though 300W is a moderate load, that filament is running white-hot. If dust builds up on your reflectors, your efficiency drops and the heat distributes unevenly. That’s a recipe for a cracked lamp. Keep the area debris-free, and your bulbs will last a lot longer.
